How to lose weight fast
Here are some tips on how to lose weight fast. Firstly drink plenty of water throughout the day, it can cleanse the system, makes you feel full up, hence you eat less, and can actually burn calories. Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day, instead of fewer heavy meals. Exercise, this is obvious, most people recommend cardio or resistance(weights) to lose weight fast, but try and find something that suits you, you may like playing tennis for example.
